The school's full of snakes, literally.
Well, I have learnt to play the game of politics.
I can play it too alright, just like the rest of you.

I am not afraid of being told off by you because I know that I want THE BEST for my pupils.
By your reaction, it only proves how much you care for your pupils.
For starters, you don't even care about your teachers.
Talk about openness and trust.
You are a walking irony and a model of the idiom,"Paying Lip Service".

I could hear murmuring amongst the teachers when you said that we could walk into your office to talk to you if we had any problems.

And when I approached you, instead of recognizing my effort in wanting to help my pupil, you told me off and insinuated that I was a Smart Alec by acting on my own accord even when you told me to leave the pupil alone to sink.

You are the cause of the low morale amongst the teachers. And this is the reason why teachers are leaving the school. Are you aware of the low morale? I am sure you are but you turned a blind eye to the teachers and believe that everything is alright.


Thank goodness I'm gonna be out of the school and I NEVER want to come back to the school and work under you. You must have scored damn low for your emotional quotient test.


To put it bluntly, you're just nice to the key people who you need. The rest of the teachers = invisible.

Human beings are complicated by nature and I wouldn't deny that.
You wouldn't believe my profession. But I have a strong passion for what I do.
